Preparation Irish Coffee

What a fabulous mixture: the unique flavour of genuine Irish whisky perfectly matches the aroma of strong,
hot coffee sweetened to your taste.

1. Ignite the burner
2. Warm a shot of whisky (approx. 30 - 40 ml / 1 oz.) in an Irish coffee glass which is placed on the stand over the ignited burner, turning the glass constantly. Ignite the whisky (optional)
3. Immediately top up the glass to 1 cm (approx. 1/2”) below the rim with hot sugared coffee.
4. Hold a teaspoon upside-down over the glass and carefully pour slightly whipped cream into the glass so that it floats on top of the coffee.
5. Do not stir! Sip the delicious warming drink through the cool cream
